Lawyer - Luxembourg bar

Cora is the founding partner of CERNO. She graduated in Law from the Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg). She obtained a Master's degree in Private Law at the London School of Economics (London) as a valedectorian. She completed her training with the Master in International Business Law from the University François Rabelais (Tours). Prior to founding CERNO, she practiced in the corporate department of Clifford Chance, and in the commercial and employment litigation department of BSP. Cora has been admitted to the Luxembourg bar since 2009 and practices both in French and English. She has a good command of the German language. Cora is a member of: ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs) ALJB (Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de Droit Bancaire) LILLA (Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association) ALMJ (Association Luxembourgeoise des Mandataires de Justice)

Lawyer - Québec Bar

Tania collaborates with CERNO on cross-border issues in company law and intellectual property law. Tania holds a degree in Economic and Social Administration (AES) as well as a Master's degree in Business Law from the Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg). She took part in the bi-national program (France-Canada) of the Master's degree in health law. She obtained simultaneously a Master in management of health institutions from the University of Montpellier (France), and a LLM in Health Law from the University of Sherbrooke (Canada). After completing the professional training of the Quebec Bar in 2015, she worked in administrative and civil law before opening her practice in 2017. His expertise extends to corporate law, trademarks and patents and business practices. She also defends the interests of clients before the civil and administrative courts of Quebec (Canada). She practices in French and English.

Lawyer - Luxembourg and Toulouse Bar

Sophie is our reference partner for cases requiring the application of French law. Her expertise includes corporate law, banking and finance law and French social law. Sophie holds a double Master in Business Law and Management Sciences as well as a Master in Financial Engineering and Tax Strategy from the University of Sorbonne (Paris I - France). She has been a member of the Bar Association of Luxembourg since 2009 and of the Toulouse Bar Association since 2012. She worked in the Corporate Department of Clifford Chance Luxembourg before opening her own office in Toulouse. She practices in French, English and Portuguese.
